Our Mission:

USC parents and taxpayers organized to support good management of our school district for the betterment of the entire community.   We seek to:

·         support representative government , local control, and responsible school directors

·        demand fiscal responsibility and transparency

·       reject pressure from narrow interests in favor of quality education for all students

·         advocate the most efficient use of resources to provide the best possible academic programs

·         work for education reform in Pennsylvania
